Meet the team
Jonathan joined the Board of Ashley House plc in 1999. Prior to Ashley House Jonathan worked in sales and marketing with an emphasis on setting up new ventures. Jonathan was Chief Executive of Ashley House until October 2014 when he became Commercial Director to allow him to focus on the Ashley House team’s successful delivery of projects, from the earliest engagements with wider stakeholders through to the commercial structuring, development and building out of the projects that result.
Antony is a qualified chartered accountant and holds an MBA from Warwick University. Antony joined Ashley House in 2010 as Finance Director becoming Chief Executive in 2014. Previously he held various senior executive positions within the Lloyds Pharmacy / Celesio group in the UK and Europe, including leading the corporate acquisitions, property and development teams and well as managing director of Sapphire Primary Care Developments Limited which Ashley House acquired from Lloyds Pharmacy in 2009.
Adam is a qualified accountant with over 15 years’ experience. Prior to joining the Morgan Sindall Investments Board in 2018 he spent 6 years in other senior finance roles within the wider Morgan Sindall Group. Adam leads and supports the financial aspects of all of our activities, including the support services that we provide to our joint venture projects.
A qualified lawyer, Richard is a Morgan Sindall Investments Board Director and leads on Capital Strategy and Investment Management. Last year he led on the launch of the £100m SHIP fund with the Universities Superannuation Scheme which invests in supported housing across the UK. Richard is also a board member of a number of Morgan Sindall’s strategic property joint ventures with the public sector which deliver regeneration across a mix of uses and residential tenures.
Paul is Ashley House’s Head of Development having been with the company for over 12 years. Paul has managed the delivery of a number of PPP style projects, including a co-located Health Centre and Primary School in Surbiton, and a new Community Hospital in Eltham. Paul is the appointed Ashley House Board member on 7 NHS LIFTCos across the country. During his involvement with NHS LIFT, Paul has successfully delivered five large primary care and education developments with a total development value in excess of £45 million.
With over 25 years of experience in construction and infrastructure, David has spent the last 15 years primarily focusing on delivering projects and services within public private partnerships in the UK. David is Commercial Director with Community Solutions having joined the company in 2008 and Commercial Director for Morgan Sindall Investments. David also sits on the board of HB Villages and hub West Scotland (the Scottish version of LIFT). As Chief Operating Officer for Morgan Ashley is focused on the longer term schemes and future pipeline as well as the opportunities for Morgan Ashley from the various platforms enjoyed by the Morgan Sindall Group.
